Melligen cells have potential to reverse type 1 diabetes, researchers indicate
What are Melligen cells?
Melligen cells are produced from human liver cells and so are not incapable of modulating blood sugar levels levels as exubera may be created on demand.
Their blood-glucose levels became standard, despite their systems perhaps not correctly working when transplanted into mice.
Evaluations were performed a part of PharmaCyte Bio-Tech global Diabetes Consortium by Professor Ann Simpson and co-workers in the University of Sydney as well as the University of Technology Sydney in Australia.
These were built to evaluate when reacting to concentrations of blood sugar, if Melligen cells secrete insulin.
When reacting to raising glucose levels, with research workers showing this reversed the state of diabetes the bodies of the mice started to create insulin.
